What is the handling time for purchases made?

Our handling time during non-sale periods is 2 business days.

Do you offer warehouse collection?

Yes, we do. Warehouse collection is offered to our customers in the Gold Coast/ Northern NSW regions.

Where is your warehouse located? What are the hours of operation?

Our warehouse is located at 5/40 Machinery Drive, South Tweed Heads, NSW 2486 Australia. We offer collection times from 10am to 3pm. Public Holidays excluded.

What if I need to collect on the weekend?

If you cannot make our collection window, please email us to organise an alternative collection window.

Who can pick up my order?

The order can be collected by the customer who made the purchase. In the event that this cannot be done, we request that an email is sent providing an authority for another individual to collect the parcel on your behalf. This will be noted on the order and we request that the individual attend with a License or Identification for the order they are collecting.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready. All orders that include in-stock items will generally be ready for collection in 24 hours.

How do I know if the product is suitable for my child’s age?

Against all our products, we list a recommended age range that the product is suitable for. In some cases, the product may span either a single age or multiple age groups.

How do I buy and redeem a Gift Card?

Gift cards are available for purchase in incremental amounts from $50.00. Gift cards are redeemed on the site for store credit and never expire. To redeem a gift card, click on the link in the notification email if you have received a digital Gift Card or enter the code from the gift card at checkout.

How do I subscribe for my 10% off offer?

For all first-time subscribers, we offer 10% off across all our products. You may register with your email or SMS number or both. Refer to the link here.

Why can't I apply my discount to the items in the cart at checkout?

There are a number of reasons why this may occur. A 10% off code is valid for 24 hours only and therefore the timeframe to apply this may have lapsed. During sale events, we exclude the use of combined discount codes across items and cart totals.
